I have lived in many different countries in my life and loved the adventures as well as the challenges of moving to and discovering new places. Learning to adapt to different foods and lifestyles has been a rewarding experience. Having worked in nursing and teaching, I get deep satisfaction in helping people to improve themselves. I went through early menopause at 40 which made it difficult to lose weight and control it, but fortunately found that the concept of the No Carb diet worked well.

I’ve never been one to exercise and now do it more for personal enjoyment rather than a means to maintain my weight and since I also have a very busy lifestyle I continue to practice this myself. I offer this service so others can benefit from my experience, knowlege and planning to be successful in getting to thier goal weight.
