Ketosis Stage
The first two weeks are an induction phase to help your body enter fat-burning mode. Once you’ve set your goal, it’s crucial to stick to the planned menu for success. Since carbs are highly restricted during this phase, it’s important to avoid hunger by consuming plenty of protein and fats.
While staying under 20g per day is a general guideline, some people may find that 15–18g per day works better for achieving ketosis.
